Pitbull coloring?

What's the deal with blue pit bulls? Why is there such a debate? I heard that blue pits actually had something else bred into the line to get the blue color? Can anyone clarify this for me?

Exercise!! Pitbulls need to be ran. 30 minute runs on a treadmill is what Cali gets everyday, I found a free one on Craigslist that worked great! OR if you dont have that option, regular walks, (no pulling), maybe if you have a partner you could have your dog full sprint back and forth between you 2 until he's exhausted.
